the guns look fine. most black guns are black matte, not chrome or other shiny metals, so they dont need too be shiny.

sprite looks good, but the animation seriously needs improvement. So be prepared to put down the selection tool. Here are a couple areas of improvement:
- The limbs need to bend more
- make hair move around some, but not a lot (like Justin said)
- Maybe make the end of the cigarette glow a bit
- boob physics, but they don't need to go all over the place. In this case it could probably be a more subtle effect.

Good luck with whatever project you're using her in. =

Yes, I was going to say the animation needs work. I like the sprite itself, it looks really good. But the "bouncing" just looks like you cut pixels out. (Especially on her left leg, which would be the one on the right. The lines bend in an un-smooth fashion by her knee and ankle) It doesn't look like she's moving, just that she's being squashed by some invisible weight. If you bend the limbs a bit more like Snerlin said, it will look better.

Looks very good! Can't wait to see what game she's in.

btw, does anyone know if there is a program that I can use to animate this & save as gif?

Edit:

Nevermind..found one

Cool! Oh, and for the gif question, use Blumentals easy gif animator. It's not freeware, but it has a 20 use trial period. So make the most out of it. We bought it for $20.
