(Stolen from the description at YouTube, because I'm lazy)

Virtually ten years ago, when I was 16, I joined what is known as the Click Community. Throughout the next ten years I worked on many projects. Some of which have been released, some abandoned, some lost and some never before seen. Some of them were bad, some were good, but all the projects were an example of my evolution as a game developer.

Also during this time, websites came and went, but I managed to get a position as an administrator for a site called The Daily Click (www.create-games.com). After six years working for it, I chose to leave, partly for personal reasons. I've also had an editorial position at other sites, sadly now defunct, but they include Klik-Me, The Clickzine, Kliketty Klik, a stint at Total Klik and at Cellosoft.net Lite.

I personally feel I have achieved a lot during this ten year period and evolved, not only as a game developer, but as a person. I'm 26 now and have changed a lot, for the better. Looking back at conflicts I can see how they may have started, and my role in extending them. However, the past is the past, and what you'll see in this video, if you decide to watch it, are many examples of my klikking past.

So, to commemorate Ten Years Of Circy I decided to collect footage of everything I've done. From my very early work to projects currently in progress, this video features my own personal evolution as an amateur games developer.

I hope you enjoy watching it and welcome any comments.

They all look the same to me. The graphics have gotten better but the animation really hasn't changed in 10 years.

There was much more than I realised you had made. Pretty much everything before Supar Dupar bouncy guy.
I guess there was a time before TDC.

You surely have accomplished quite a bit! Lots of those games looked very entertaining, and you definitely have a unique and recognizable style, not just graphics-wise...

Congrats on 10 years, Circy!

Your games appearances haven't really changed much over the years. It's a style you've been pretty consistent with over the years. Also like me, you seem to make nothing but platformers lol.

I know I've stuck with the same style, I just love thick outlines, but I have tried to make projects based on different styles, ie, Santas Christmas Party and Chuckles The Fruit Collector.

Boothman, I do feel I've evolved over the years. Anybody will evolve over time. My early games (Sleep Dreams, Gribble Wacky World), I asked people to make engines for me (and some graphics too). Its the small things that you need to notice, but I can kind of see why you feel I haven't evolved much... in a way.

Thanks for the comments guys I know I'm not the only klikker to be online for 10 years, but it is an achievement, a milestone, no matter how small - like celebrating your 18th or passing your exams. I'm proud to have been here for this time - despite flame wars and arguments.

Well I liked MSD, wasn't a big fan of the Zone Runners but they have their crowd (the N guys for one).

Possibly... I'll look into it but trust me, some of the stuff in the video isn't really worth it, but a lot can also be found on the net.

You will find that your improvement is more noticeable to yourself than to others.
For instance if you make a really advanced level editor for your game it wont be noticeable by just playing it.
