I had heard about this guy before, but I have never been to his web site before. Thanks for the link.
It appears he has 'it'. The talent to draw and program whatever he wants; true creative freedom. But it's not a gift you are born with, I'm sure he worked very hard to get to that point. I'm very impressed.
I believe his talent comes mainly from his close proximity to me. I have long suspected that my body and soul wasn't enough to maintain such depths of creativity, and rightly, I have now started to leak.
Lots of parts of it are awesome. The boss especially. But lots of it is starting to remind me of noitu love, same sounds, similar music. Im starting to want him to make something different.

It's construct, not klik. I downloaded the demo but my computer moaned about direct X, so I can't be arsed.

nah it cant be construct. construct sucks. no one uses construct. no real games are made with construct. its shit.
Actually, I think masterm was being sarcastic adam.
I loved the part when you said that you gave up on playing the game because the game moaned about directx (which is a ridiculous excuse but moving on), the exact reason why konjak is thinking about using something else.
For someone who supposedly couldn't be bothered to play the game for the aforementioned reason, saying something like "Lots of parts of it are awesome. The boss especially. But lots of it is starting to remind me of noitu love, same sounds, similar music. Im starting to want him to make something different. " sounds like someone's been playing a construct game in the closet

Really? No shit.

I'm pretty much the laziest person alive, and I'm sad you don't think this is worth your time. It didn't change my life but I wept at the amount of fine work on display. If your hobby is playing games, sometimes you're gonna have to install a direct x runtime, sometimes you're going to have to buy a playstation 3, you know?
Guys, calm down. And please tone down the language, name calling, etc. Construct isn't some demonic, horrible game making program. I personally find it inferior to MMF2, but hey, others find MMF2 inferior to Construct. But really, what does it even matter if MMF2 > CT, or CT > MMF2? They both make games, and as long as the games that are made with them are fun at all, I couldn't care less.
Anyway, this thread is getting back on the rails.
So far, I've defeated two bosses, gotten a shiny, golden wrench; met up with Mina of the Pirates, overheard raunchy, pervy guards talking about women (was a little awkward); witnessed an emotional family breakdown in someone else's house, upgraded my power level, got grenaded by some guard and survived because Mina and the main character (named Robin) are obviously magicial, and was thrown overboard into some random sea along Mina whilst we were unconscious.
So far, pretty darn fun! I really, really like the aiming system.

What does having a PS3 have to do with anything? Ive owned one for two years.

AFAIK he does EVERYTHING by himself. Music and sounds too. Truly talented guy.

Or I watched the trailer on youtube, you idiot
You seem pretty well informed about the game for someone who only watched the trailer.
