The_Antisony!! Long time! i still frequent the site, but most of the time its just scanning through the news. to be honest, the games here no longer interest me like they used to. gone are the days where we actually look forward to big releases like ed.

not that the quality of games here have dropped... but perhaps its just the indie community becoming a bit too saturated lately.

its undeniable how much of an impact the klik community has on my life. i was never quite as involved in the community, and i doubt many oldies here even remember me, but that interest has sustained and im taking game design in university now... hoping to bring that passion further.

It's nice to see some of the older, more mature clickers still around. I've been clicking for about 11-12 years, but I've never been really active in the Click community. Most people here have never even heard of me, even though I've been to this site pretty much daily for years and years.

Yay old people! Trying to remember how long ago I started. Rikus help me out here... 1994? 1995? I got K&P shortly after it was released in the US and jumped online sometime after when the internet became available.

Raise your hand if you started at Silky's...

What is the cut off point for qualifying as an oldbie anyways?

I remember you too. I personally think I'm experiencing a quarter-life crisis that is serving as a catalyst for my getting back into the indie game Klik stuff.

I'm totally having a quarter life Crisis as well. I started off at Silkys but never posted, just read. That wall was awesome.

I also remember somehow getting involved with the vcade through spending far too much time trying to falsify records. I also used to love my @natomic.com email address. Woot.

I guess being around in the klik Golden Age. Back when Total Klik, Planet Klik, and The Daily Click were around. Back when #k&p and #tgf were bustling on DALnet.

Hey! I'm an oldster! Started out at Silky's posting on The Wall as "Severe Hellfire". I was young and actually thought that was pretty badass at the time. I was probably posting some nonsense about how I was going to make an RPG in Klik & Play. If I ever had, it almost certainly would have had MIDI versions of music from Square games in it. I never did.

Used to hang out in #k&p all the time as either "Cald" or "CALD6801". I once got the opportunity to ask a question of Clickteam, so I asked them "why can't the French do math?" Lulz were had.

I was briefly a part of a few teams. 83rd Stasis and Fallen Angel come to mind. You know the little cartoony angel logo that showed up at the beginning of a bunch of FA games? I designed that! Probably my greatest contribution to the community, sadly. I also did all of the graphics for Texmo's game Mega Munt 2, and a couple of music tracks for Hamish's Commando (in the credits as Kyle Aldrich, since that's my name). The only game I ever actually finished myself was a game called Slime Ball for the old Total Klik 4-color/2-bit competition. If some digital packrat out there somehow has a copy, I'd love to have it. I lost all my old Klik stuff a few hard drives ago.

Anybody remember the old Mega Girl project a bunch of people were working on? I think it was a big 83rd Stasis collaboration. I don't think it ever went anywhere, but I was sorta kinda working on that. I miss those old days. And I miss making fun of Nobuyuki.

Oh so you were a part of Fallen angel industries? Yeah they were probably the top guys around 2001 as far as I am concerned.

Yeah, but I never really contributed much. I was always more of a graphics guy than anything. I did a bunch of graphical mockups for a potential Gameboy Advance version of Commando, but that never turned into anything. Still, that goofy angel logo made it into a bunch of pretty cool games. So that's neat.
