I was here then, but I don't remember this at all.
The drama must have happened off-board or something.
The idea of a forum community being cohesive (irl-like) enough to have running jokes and political drama and daily activity to keep up with is kind of odd to me now... seems a long-ago era of netfaring.
I'm sure fora aplenty thrive out there in the wide world, but I seem to have involuntarily downgraded to Twitter.
