I'm the one on the right. Isn't it depressing finding out that nearly every photograph taken of you in the last two years has both been a) drunken and b) on facebook?

Okay, I'm gonna ignore that Robert just said he has sweaty dreams about Mark (Unless he meant something else, and I hope so.)
I still haven't tooken pics of myself recently except for one that I've been told ended horribly...
So all I can give you now is a Jeep Picture... It's in still progress, won't be finished until this summer. It's a 1955 Model Willys M38A1 (Korean Era Military Jeep)
Oh yeah, and I found this floating around in my files... I think it looks a lot like me...
I was surprised by People's looks a lot, as I always am. Robert, yours surprised me a lot actually
Most of you look like I expected, especially Robert Rule and Boothman.
BrandonC, Wiiman, and Lambert were a bit surprising, though

It is easy to go off-topic and -like the case was last night- go into 2 pages of conversations about a persons sexuality and how someone looks. This however makes it tiresome for someone to go trough the topic by the end of the year if you just want to check out the pictures. The real you topics are often cleaned up with excess conversations like last years topic. You are free to take a big conversation outside of this topic when it strays to much, you can disagree with this and rebel with every admin decision that annoys you or think that in the end it make sense for this topic to be cleared of excess bagage, even if this means your posts had to be removed.

What you should do is something I've yet to see any other forum site do. Set up some kind of "Off topic reply" which creates a new topic with the post being replied to as the first topic, and the reply being the first reply to the new topic. That post itself will still show up in the topic it was initially created in, but inside the topic it was initially created, a button is created that says "Continued" in red text or something.
And to keep things from getting too messy, have a separate public group on the boards page for "Continued Topics" which have the name of the original post in quotes or something.
It sounds really complex, I know... but actually read it through, it might actually be a decent idea to at least run on a trial basis.
Oi, that sounds awful. O_O I hate threaded comments, waaay too much to read. And there's potential for misunderstanding when someone doesn't reply because they miss the aside.
In other forums I've been to the moderators simply take the off-topic discussion and then creates a new thread for it. It's a lot better than just removing it completely.
No but for real, I straightened my hair that day because some girls like it when I do.
Then I took a picture, haha.
But if I find my chord to plug in my camera, I will post a new picture with the curly hair!
Your just jealous that you're not as awesome as me.

i started learning the black page at once point but didnt get all that far. i almost never play the drums these days you see, i mainly just play guitar and sequence music on the computer now.
I WAS going to learn Keyboard, but I found out that drumming was somehow more entertaining. 2 years in October! The first song I learned was Move Along, then Staple it Together, and then Message in a Bottle, then Seven days. I can't remember if I learned any others between Seven Days and Everlong...

Apparently it's an outstanding game. I never got round to playing it (never owned a PS2), but I recently got talking to one of the high ups who worked on it so he's sending me a copy and a PS2 to play it on. Which is awfully nice of him! Tip: tell people you've never played their games before for goodies
I don't know what game Rob is in, but it looks realistic
I think the one above is from Shadow of the Colossus, either that or its a clone! They showed a trailer for their latest game, The Last Guardian, at E3 and it just looks superb.
I put a line on my eyes, ah well. Makes me feel like I'm not doing a terrible mistake. Yeah, I'm young, but I know how to fence, so stay the Hell away!
EDIT: James, I'd love to live where you do. I could take endless nature photographs of that place.
You fence? That's freakin awesome. I had a couple of lessons years back but never stuck at it but wow. Got any vids?
Taken about 3000 pics around here :3 really should upload some of the newer albums.
Well thanks to a few folk here I've gone and bundled together some of my landscape photos from the last year or so.

Interlaken! In a little hostel not far from the Aare, near Unterseen (but still in Interlaken).
Wish I'd have had enough money to go all out and go right upto the peak of the Jungfrau, but I had to make do with going only about halfway up. The mountain you can see reflected in the lake on the third pic is the Jungfrau.
The others a ninja turtles tattoo thats had its first session.
Plan on having full sleeves one side all good the other evil, mostly ninja turtles related.
I'd never have such a specific design done as a permanent tattoo, my taste is always changing, so Id probably regret getting one quite quickly. If I had to get one, it would be a tiny star the size of a mole.
I see it as, i've always loved ninja turtles and transformers. For 19 years of my life i've bought the toys, watched the cartoon, played the games, bought the videos.. bought them again on DVD. As i've got older they were both still a big part of my life (so much so I have the original 4 player turtles arcade machine in my living room), and while at highschool I had to hide my passion from them as of course it wasn't seen as cool or mature. Being an adult now, settled down in my own house with the wife (who can't have a dinning room because of my mini arcade), starting a family I can pretty much do as I please. Of course I still get people saying "do you really want to have them when you are an old man" and I say to them "well if i've liked them for 19 years, 1/3 of my life say, then yes as i'm not a fickle person who will run out and get a tattoo of the latest craze, I only have what I love and holds many memories for me." People seem to think i've had the transformers ones just because of the movies, and I always say to them "i've never even seen the movies".
Rob Westbrook - I too am interested in getting the head of a bull tattooed as I too am Taurus. I had the perfect picture about 5 years ago on a card and since then i've lost it and have never found the same picture again.
If I was going to have a tattoo, it would be of the Pip Boy, but yeah, my taste changes often enough not to really want anything tattooed anywhere.

I don't want or need a tattoo, but if I had to get something it would probably be really simple and small on my ankle or something. Maybe your run-of-the-mill cross.

"If I had to get a tattoo on my face, what would I get? I'd get a tattoo OF my face, same size as my face, but a little bit to the left. Then I'd wait outside a 3D movie theatre..and ruin peoples' lives!"

You are also a badly disguised bot, admins, get him.
Since we are still on the subject of tattoos. Got it finished today.
Here is a pick of it after it was done (still bleeding, so the turtles look alittle hungover).
dude you have balls, if by any chance I'd be spotted with one of those tatoos I'd be socially dead.
Not that there's anything wrong with them of course (I loved TMNT in my childhood btw) but not everyone has the same taste and will use that as an excuse for a few lulz.
I'm not sure if your from the UK or not, but i've never found anyone to "be nasty/rude" about anything like that.
I go into a few different pubs with my wife, wearing a transformers or ninja turtles t-shirt (even a pink one) and people are more interested in taking a closer look at your tattoos (i've even had a proper skinhead and a biker showing me thier tattoos).
There's alot of truth in that - my mate has got loads of tatoos on his arms and i think most of them look crap, however they attract attention everywhere and most people think they look cool, so they must be good!
Just coz i think they ain't good doesn't mean they aren't!
I think people take the piss more at badly done tattoos.
Like if someone had a bugs bunny that looks like its been on heroin for 20 years.
But if its done well people just appriciate it, even if its somthing they wouldnt have in a million years.
I for one would never have "tribal", because in the UK thats considered to be what all the chavs have and in general just doesn't interest me. But I can appriciate when its well done.

I saw a policeman with tribals round both forearms. Honestly, the stuff they let them get away with these days. Upstanding pillars of society my arse!
I donut want to get the swine flu.
Actually my dad had it for a few days before he was diagnosed but nobody else here caught it, and now he's almost better. So much for it being a super murder killer.
one of my closest friends has a small tribal tatoo on his back and I gotta say it looks pretty badass.
I've been thinking a lot about making a tatoo myself, but I'm too afraid I might get tired at looking at the same picture/symbol/whatever every day.
Also I'm glad to hear that at least in the UK people aren't as retarded in the US or in Portugal.
When I went to the us last year, close to my grand parents's house in cleveland(ohio), I saw a few guies probably younger than me beating up and humiliating a poor guy who dressed like a goth. When I passed by they even had the guts to ask me if I wanted to help them beat up the kid. Later it turned out the goth was actually the son of a friend of my grandmother, and lived nearby.
Oh no we get that here too. Some girl was killed by some chavs for being a goth. Infact my nearest town had some riots in 2000 that were triggered by racial tensions (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2001_Oldham_race_riots). So we're not all that civilised, even if we like to say otherwise to the Americans to make them behave sometimes .
Thats really disgusting at least here in Portugal people respect each other a little more, even though there are always a couple of assholes who would use any oportunity to take a swipe at someone who looks a bit diferent from them.
However here trends are quite diferent from the us for example, here most people of my age wear pink and bright yellow clothes for example. When I showed a pic of me with some friends to my grandparents in the us, they told me "they looked like sissies".
People do that here too. I went to the Trafford Centre yesterday, which is a big massive outlet with all kinds of fashion retailers and the men's section is chock-a-block with yellows, oranges, pink and a large amount of scarves and other accessories.
Btw every year all over the world they have new trends and colours and this year is yellows oranges etc last autumn the colours were purple and navy thats why the colours are all the same ^^
Yeah, when is brown coming back in? All I see are dudes with slacking pants on skate boards or bikes with dumb oversized caps. Looks so dorky.
On the other side, my wardrobe is nothing but Polos or other classic shirts, cargo pants with holes ripped in the knees, and for accessories I occasionally wear a tie, wrist band, or hat such as a Fedora, Biker cap, or Paperboy hat. I would wear a suit but every single one I've tried on feels so uncomfortable. ><
heh my wardrobe if filled with clothes that don't fit me anymore. Thats not to say ive gained weight or anything, thats never going to happen lolz. I mean they're clothes from when i was still growing.
Also the handle broke off about 10 years ago so it's really hard to get into.
I always use every piece of clothing I have in my wardrobe, if by some reason something doesn't appeal me or doesn't fit me anymore I'll just send it to charity. It's a win-win situation, poor people get decent clothes, and I get my wardrobe free of stuff I don't use and of course I feel a bit better with myself.
Speaking of wardrobes, my clothes pile I'm sure is a lot more casual than other people's here I bet. I just have some really torn up blue jeans with holes all over them, and just a couple of T-Shirts I usually buy on sale for $5 with some sort of redneck saying on them from "Farm & Home Supply Store" I've got 2 pairs of black pants, a white button up shirt, and a cordoroy jacket for any sort of fancy event.
Sorry, I only just saw a lot of the conversation in this thread now. It's funny, here in Australia there are a lot of people who like to call anyone different 'fags' (whether it's a goth/alternative scene person or otherwise) when it's not uncommon at all for them to dress more fashionably than a stereotypical homosexual and walk around slapping each others asses and calling each other 'bad boy'. Not to say that everyone dressed that way is like that, but it's pretty common for them to be, and makes trouble fairly easy to spot. Especially when you're out in the city on nights out Thursday, Friday, Saturday, there's a lot of trouble makers, brawling and people just itching to get into a punch-on.
EDIT: Oh yeah, I was playing with my new phone's picture/colour editing program that comes on it.
Lol oh gosh well my wardrobe is colour coded and in occasion order of course im joking because that would be sad. Brown MIGHT be in for winter? *shred of hope*
