In an ideal world the logs would be public. However, remember the crapstorm that followed Circy silencing Adam? I don't think any admin would like to be singled out as "the ***hole that silenced me"
- Ok, you must admit that was the most creative cussing this site have ever seen -
then maybe they shouldn't silence it the first place. Actions need to have consequences, and if the community is against what you are doing, then it shouldn't been done. We are this site, not the admins.

My only grief when Adam got silenced is that the same rules was not applied when people started cussing him when he was silenced (and I am not singling out Circy here). I just wish the rules would be applied fairly to everyone.
If there is logs I do agree in major actions being public, such as bans, deletions and perhaps lockings, other stuff like moderating swearing I could not really be fussed about .
I've already conceded a few times that the way I handled Adams silencing was wrong, and I did apologise to him via PM about the way I handled the situation.
I wasn't pointing any fingers at you, nor do I think you're an ***hole for what you did. My point was that admins wouldn't want to be put in that position

Well, to make it less complicated, hidden logs would be fine if we trusted this administration. But I am starting to repeat myself, think this is the last thing I say on this subject.
