Arena Fighters. Twas a crappy, simple KNP game with some ripped graphics (but even the biggest boys ripped SOME backdrops back then), but it was addictive and quite fun (for the KNP era). Even got a few fans.
ATM, I'm working on a sequel for it, Combatant. Already coded half the prototype engine in C++, which is already a fun little thing to test out with the fully customizable armor, weapons, chars, decapacitation. Even managed to balance out the age-old RPG question of "Males have +1 strength, what do females get?" by tripling pain damage to the groin . Should be a fun little game for you guys who enjoy very detailed games like Titans of Steel and ADOM .
Disclaimer: Any sarcasm in my posts will not be mentioned as that would ruin the purpose. It is assumed that the reader is intelligent enough to tell the difference between what is sarcasm and what is not.
Bernard & Hank, but of course I did that with a team. The one we are working on now is way better tho. For solo games it's prolly Fishhead 2, which has 31 levels, and it's actually more fun than that Fishhead 3 thing.
ya offcourse .. i remember FISHHEAD thing .. CIRCY once mentioned that he has a team ..
BTW my biggest project ( yet to be completed ) is Star Trek: Enterprise .. An action/simulation game

Sam has been in the making for 9 months making it my longest focused project- doing a little bit every day with no smaller projects.
Trip to the Top takes the biscuit though. Been making it since 1997.
Well my biggest finished game is Buzz the squirrel 2, i started making it in 2001 I think.
But even earlier than that, before I even disocvered click, Ive been attempting to make an rpg that will either go by the name Adventure in Kylike or Sword of Kylike. I was inspired by Final fantasy 7 so you can tell how long it's been in the works. (Final fantasy 7 was released in 1997)
Hmm...well for me it'd be Desolation, however that'll turn into a team project as soon as I work out the bugs in the engine. Biggest game I ever finished though was Spiders.
Dark One Entertainment
Step Out Of The Light And Enter The Darkness "Why do we need this?
Who was it that said,
Great things come to great men
Well that f**ker lied to us
There's nothing here but a wasteland."
My biggest project or should I say, projects was the entire Diamond series. How ever that all has changed once I started on ArcaneTale, which need I add is in closed testing: http://arcanetale.sitesled.com
You're stupid, like your face, which, by the way, is stupid.
As for my biggest game, that'd be Elf World. I'm *almost* done with it...finally. All the levels had to be reconstructed because of the new engine I made that supports swimming and stuff. It has 18 levels, plus loads o' bosses, and extras. I'm also remaking Spyro the Pig. This time, I'll back it up so that I don't loose my masterpieces of genius.
My horrible creation will be unleashed upon the helpless fools on the Daily Click...and on those f**king Canadians. I f**king hate them.
*BEEP* LOOSER! Insert coin, and try again.

CURRENT PROJECT:
-Paying off a massive amount of debt in college loans.
-Working in television.
I was working on a game called Scorn for maybe two years, it was "In my personal oppinion, technically brilliant for a click game" then I decided that Id broken MMF's back and I switched to C++ and Im still working on it. I also worked on a simple game with Zyx, which I over complicated Monster Trainner II and more or less killed it untill there was a simple version made, the version we had before had full fledged AI, and a brilliant fighting system.
The only thing better than winning gold in the paralympics is not being retarted
I beat him eventually, and then regretted not being in the daily click pub or hotel or whatever that place is. I wish i'd made a character for that now.
i'll never forget my scooby doo:bubble buster ... And yes .. DOWNLOAD that game right now .. bcoz after u finish the game .. U'LL GET A WINNING CODE!! .. U POST that winning code right here FIRST .. and u r the best!!
GO for it
heres the TDC link
It was the rabbit that got me in JonnyRPG.
And yes, MIND MENACE! I submitted 2 minigames to that! U better finish it NOW! It's not like YOU did all the minigames.
Hmm.. I suppose my biggest project would have to be the Snowbattle series, only the first game was release though.. However the latest engine supports Fog of war, formation movement and much more cool features.. This might be released when the engine gets stable enough.. random crashes aren't that fun after all...
Stuckengine, whilst it may not have had a name all these years, has been in the making for years. I have been experimenting with Physics, AI, Graphical effects and now it all starting to come together. Gawd i feel so pleased with myself.

I think your second post is a little truer. But events take very little space.
All my projects take longer than they should. I usually stop for a few months at a time in between bursts of making. Buzz 2 took so long because it was so crap to begin with, it got a little better with each incarnation until eventually i got fed up and finished it off.
122mb seems a little extreme. Buzz 2 was only 1.5mb and it's got 22 levels. So if they're anything alike, your game has around 1700 levels.
Or you are using a lot of mp3/wav music?
Equin Village, by FAR. All the graphics had to be made for it (some have been re-used in games I have on TDC, but they were new for EQV). I had to build the map editor, dialogue / quest editor, and the item editor. Not to mention designing the world layout itself and stuff. Plus all the music I did with real instruments (guitar, bass). Orignally, the game was about 80.4MB, so I figured it'd never be online viable for downloads. Since then, I've re-done the music with Midi-Maker and changed all the monster pictures from bitmaps to jpegs. The monsters are slightly less clear than before, but the space I saved was incredible! (Same with the music). It's funny listening to the songs now because most are done in piano and it was guitar first for like 2+ years. The file is now slightly over 7MB. It's going to be ready soon, I can't wait to release it finally!!

Currently working on Keen:Return, which will probably my biggest finished project so far. Yes, I DO intend to finish this! Unlike the old Keen:Return and that smelly GBMario.
My biggest project ever was a massive platformer I made in KnP, a long time ago, in a galaxy far far away. It had something over a hundred levels, plus bosses. Don't have it anymore though, not that it was too good though. My biggest project maybe, but not my best game.
SLAVE is the story driven top down shooter that i am building on stuckengine, my top down shooter engine in the making. Features a robust 3 dimensional physics system, highly intelligent AI, animated digital actors which lip sync and display emotions whaen they speak to you, and more.

But I think its the overload of graphic stuff I put in...plus parrellexing that I've taken out to decrease the size, and all the midis, and the hand-drawn, photoshopped-images that make the introduction.
So, once I downsize that, I'll have a three level game with a little stickman fighting blobs.

CURRENT PROJECT:
-Paying off a massive amount of debt in college loans.
-Working in television.
I restarted my biggest game project Forgotten Legends, and now it looks much better than that old and crappy Forgotten Legends demo with ARGH knp library graphics... But I'm remaking the engine of it, and I have small problem with counters... But I think that problem will be solved soon. And full game will be ready... hmm... maybe in 2007 or 2008. Or later...
Current Projects: The Artillerys 10% Forgotten Legends 8% Earth Defender 20%
I just know Mobile Runner Variant System - Test Type (a mouthful, I know) will be the biggest project I make. It's like Super Robot Wars, but with action battles. There'll be so many units and pilots, and the only cutting-down I'm doing is removing a special stats system for the pilots and just giving them generic skill upgrades. I have three modes in mind (campaign, custom army, and tournament). The readme that has all my ideas for the game is almost 20kb, and that's a lot for a TXT document. And of course, the readme doesn't include any specific unit, pilot, or mission details...
Journey of a Ninja (free-roaming action-RPG) won't be as big, but it'll still need to be pretty huge. There'll be three ninja classes (combat, magic, stealth) and a bunch of unrelated stories that you can play in any order and approach differently. Just when you think you've beaten all the stories, you could find a novel item and unlock another. There's also a final story if you beat all the initial ones where you unlock an uber-ninja character and connections to all the stories you've beaten can be found.
I've been working on my StarTrek:Starship Legends since a lot of time. i even stopped making it after being fade up by it but finally i'am close to its , something i may call its Alpha Version coz it dont have any Storylines e.t.c. . But the gameplay screen and controls e.t.c are all done .. So shall i release its Demo first with the Game Tutorial in it to get some comments or should i continue making the full game with a complete storyline and then release it?

When I was younger and I had the time... I made 6 games...all sequels.. I should release them here. I made them on KnP..and they're pretty fun....IMO and friends. Tatus Bola 1 through 5.. then Tatus Fight which had aweful engine..lol and then Tatus Might...maybe i'll release them, just as an old thing before my new game is announced, which is let me say...well, let me not
unfortunately my exams have started and also , now i need to switch to MMF because of huge amounts of active objects used in the game so if we keep all this together we'll come to the conclusion that the game development is say .. almost stop , for some time offcourse.
And the game have a very complicated HUD which is particularly designed for the Star Trek Enterprise so there wont be any other star trek ships .. thou lots of other races can be expected in the game .. Concept of star ship legends allows me to put the enterprise with any race of any time i want using a decent plot.

My TOS Constitution will totally pwn your tactical cube Radix; well according to my ST:Bridge Commander mods anyway. (Play Bridge Commander, it's a great game especially when you mod it to have 250 playable ships)
John and Max 2 with The games factory. Easy, simple but long game. 17 worlds, 5 levels in each and 10 bosses... That was stupid, absolutely boring but still GREAT. I had few fans, something like 7.
*Sniff* This Topic is making me nostalgish. Pretty good.
My best game, like many people's here, isn't completed yet.
I'm making it to compensate for the fact I completed only one game ever.
It probably won't come out as amazing as I hope it to be, oh well.
Then try making it the way you wanted , modify anything you consider as its drawback. I did a lot of that for my current project. But i'am developing its HUD little by little because once it is completed and i start on with the actual campaign missions i wont be able to modify that again. So after i complete a tutorial mission i'll release a demo and according to the comments i'll continue with the final mission.
And am already planning about its sequel .. I always wanted to do that. And maybe i also release the source for users to make mOds!! Now thats a nice future planning

I haven't done that many big projects, but my biggest is probably The Dude War, which I'm currently "finishing" up. Although I started it from scratch not more than 1,5 months ago, it has been quite a busy month with the game. It's also the only one of my projects to top 1000 events in one frame, although that may some times be just a sign of some lazy clicking..And then there was one racing game I was making with both KNP and TGF way back in 1996-1998 or something, but it never got finished. Actually, I'm not sure anymore which is my biggest project..well, one of those it has to be. Or..
I'm working on my biggest project now. I'm obsessed with wanting to make a good solid online rpg. Maybe this will be it, who knows. I tested it for the first time last night with three friends and it seemed to work very well, so thats promising. Ah well, wish me luck.
Cito and the falling star. It's gonna be huge if everything goes as planned. I'm still working on it, and that's a good sign. Normally, i would have abandoned it long time ago, but this is just to promising to give up. The day i release it you won't stand a chance to get the gotw! MUAHAHAHAHHAHHA!!!

Hasslevania has 99 frames exactly right now, and there'll probably be another 20 by the time it's done. I think I posted Equin Village was my biggest on this thread a million years ago, but this one may come close. I have to purposely remind myself not to rush it, even though like above I want the thing over and done with too. What a bitch it is debugging something so big too! There's something to be said about small games in that regard

'Shadows Reach' 80 hours of main story play plus 30 minigames and a lengthy optional subquest. Made using 'RPG Maker 2000' and STILL about a month away from completion.
My biggest game is one I am going to make in the future, still have to come up with a name for it tho but it has like 500 levels and 6 hours worth of cutscenes and on top of that a whole load of unlockables including minigames.
I''m working on my biggest project right now. Its a space opera, and i cant wait to post a preview for it. I still cant decide whether i should have a beta test though, as the people interested in the beta test will probably end up being my main audience (as most games on TDC only get 15 downloads).
The two biggest game projects I have are games I've been working on over a longer time, and I haven't released much at all before those two and I've reformed the first project a bazillion times, perfecting the recipe for the game (always requiring rewrites of everything, more like "clean slate")
The first one is Nexus (if you recognize that, a cookie for you), presently on hiatus. It's evolved from a crappy Megaman fan game to a Fighter/Platform/RPG hybrid.
The other game is a recent project I made for GGA (Gotland Game Awards). Which won me an award
The game is a platform explorer sort of thing, controlled with a Wiimote and Nunchuk. I'm currently trying to recruit people to work with me on the project (not as easy as you might think >_> ) And I hope that if I can get the funding/sponsorship I'm about to negotiate about, the game can be released for online download to a Wii console via Wii Software. Obviously this requires a migration from MMF2 to actual C++
Out of the games I've released, Hover Wars II or Bottled Water Man Bash. I never release my good ones.

You should come here more often, really. (Not that we need many more crazy dudes, but I enjoy the extra company at least! )
My biggest project is still Moon Blade. Started recoding everything from scratch recently because it needs to be just perfect.
(Note that this is not a Click game though.)
Just a huge action-platformer/rpg-hybrid thing. Heavily inspired by the more recent handheld Castlevania games.
But I'm prolly aiming too high with it, like usual. So- heh, don't expect seeing anything more than a preview of it. x'D
And what's with everyone calling me SkyDragon still? That was ages ago.
